part-time/on call..

fredrick just took me to the staffing agency that messaged me on indeed about some administrative assistant job. the job is on-call and part-time now though.. so i went in the office and the guy who gave me papers to get signed so i'm employed there now said, "i just want to make sure you understand that this IS a part-time on-call position." then i said, "yeah i know." then he asked me why i was alright with working on-call and i said that i haven't worked in so long because i was always moving and people weren't really interested in hiring me all the time and it'd be something i could get my feet wet in the career again. on one of the sheets it makes you explain any things you need or accomodations in order to work- i specified that i couldn't do physical work because i have a TBI and i walk with a cane at times because my balance isn't the best all the time. so HOPEFULLY that doesn't prevent anyone from being interested in hiring me. it probably will knowing my luck though. ah well. i'll just keep applying to jobs in the mean-time while people from that particular staffing agency HOPEFULLY call me. gotta get my feet wet SOMEHOW like i mentioned before.
